Make sure you shell.dat is edited right. IF it is not it will cause this problem.

nope dead pool i know what i am saying 90% of who uses Hex neo say that the server doesnt work :P
cuz in hex workshop after ur done it adds a backup ;) so u should use it

I've never heard of "hex neo." Regardless what hex editor you use, if it doesn't work the problem is between chair and keyboard not the program.
