Does anyone know a good decoder/decrypter that can decode/decrypt .ini or .dat files?

You can download a dat unpacker : offzip . So this programm search for values and offsets in the Dat files (zlib).
But you cant unpack all !

You can code your own programm for this ^^ like me :D
