Dualcraft Stamp

Hi there.. can anyone tell me where or which quest that can obtain dualcraft stamp
for making duals A? 1 is manor system, and the other one i believe is from a quest.

If any of you have doen the quest, can you help to post it up ?

Well, i think there is no quest just the way over manor and 7 signs ;)
