bound cps (server side or clinet)

hey all im new in this web site and in game

sence i was looking for stuff to change i can all most change any thing
from speed to looks but the cps,xp,life ,mana and gold i cant no do ..
i eask if the bound cps is somthing i can change or it is allso server sided ...

and if i can change it how i can find data in 4 G + ... thnks for help

of course is server sided, else they could easy be changed by ur self.
