Hello Elitepvpers i want to start making a Dekaron private server can someone telle me how to start and what program to use?? please answer me thanks

if you use xp
get mssqol sp4
get server side files
look sergcool videos

if you use vista or win 7
+ vmware

2 and simpler way
use 1 click server from silkbotter

Can you send me the link were i can get the server files that i need to start the server.
And do i have to pay anything to make a server in vmware?

just replace the gm names with the gm name you want to have. like this the job doesn't delete your character when it has a GM tag in his name
