1 how change the mag dmg cuz mobs with mag atack hits me about whole HP can kill on one hit?

2. normal phy and mag balance how make?

3 how make normal DMG with nukes for str char and int chars?

There is a tool on epvpers, which makes the dates of a caracter optimal. Based on his lvl. Just search in the private server section.
