3.Change your graphics to LOWEST.
4.Make your general mood HAPPY.

IITS BETTER TO UPGRADE AT NIGHT BECAUSE THE INTERNET IS FASTER AND BETTER.

being happy is the best trick to upgrade a necklace...

This is not really a helpful "release" and I doubt that it belongs in the release section at all.

Also I don't think it really works anyway.

By the way, what's the importance of mood in upgrading necklace?

upgrading is always depend on luck..

this realy works.. i just try it only one time and boom my +8 necklace become +9 already..
but when i try it 2nd time on my other character "no change"

Hmmm, i have necklaces on all my chars as what i've observed it only rotates>> i upgraded it to +8 TWO TIMES and then finally +9.

My other last two necklaces had them upgraded to +8 then i run dungeons and pvps. After a week or two i'd tried upgrading and got +9 uprightly.

And oh, it has nothing to do with the server I always log in to sidt, it just kinda rotating until you got it to +9.

All you need is a LOT of GEMS. And i think it has something to do with the games program.

sometimes Being on a Good Mood has a good thing when upgrading....

But if the necklace keeps on Degrading and Failing....
