u will be able to see quality of items on the floor before u will pick them up(uni, ref, eli, sup,...).

there is no such thing coz mobs are server sided so u cant know what server generated un til u make a contakt with him by killing monster it looks like this

Server: ive generated a mob:)
You:what mob carries
Server: killim and i let you know
You: PAWNT
Server: mob caried xxxxx /drop

than u see on the ground some items

also there is 1 more factor that is for +1 items but its lil diffrent...
