I would like to see Multi Speed on the Game Breaking list.
You cant use it in arcade, its only for kiddis that want to disturb public rooms.
For range hacks it would help if the jump attack is disabled: counter sword defending

some hacks are annoying but.. what is actully considered as "NOOB HACKS", hack that annoyz u? game breaking hack? or all hackz?

-hacks which dont affect the gameplay for the whole room (item manager, no fog, no delay, etc.)
NOOB HACKS:
-hacks which make the player alot more powerfull (1hit, fastfire, range, speed, jump, account creator, etc.)
