** 20 minutes play problem **

Hi all, someone out there must have a better idea than the underperforming tekkie support of webzen,
im running 64 ultimate windows ( ran 64 bit xp before still same)
3Ghz cpu, 4 gig ram, dsl 10 meg

right i run the game and everything fine, till after 20 mins i hear a pop (ting - boing - what ever) i alt tab and see a box it says "230N/A" then 30 seconds later closes the game client, the browser is still there and i can log back in, every 20 minutes later i keep getting booted and im getting miffed about it now, can anyone enlighten me please? i have been in touch with game guard and sent the erl files, they say close all non essential programs down etc, did that, i had an logitech G15 keyboard and thought it was because of that (with the macro function keys) changed it and still the same, is there anyone who might have a solution please?

try reinstalling game? -noob offer-

tried reinstalling, i had this problem in xp pro 64 bit, then made a fresh install with windows 7 64 ultimate, the one thing i shall try is to uninstall the game and reinstall in 32 bit mode, i thought it was the logitech keyboard (with having macro function) but uninstalled that replaced with std cherry board and still the same, TBH it miffs me a lot, i used to play a lot on CM version (lvl 85 ele - 79 mage - and lots more around the 50's) and spent a reasonable amount too, and webzen wonders why i wont flash the cash with them? i have sent in tickets and emailed Gameguard (who in their infinite wisdom first replied in korean!) i asked for english and all that was said, shut down all unnecessary programs and disable antivirus? did that still does it... thanks for the reply worth a shot... thanks....

webzen never resended an email too me either :)
think they just dont do it, but yeah i would first of all try to reinstall the 32 bit mode
after all check very close if there isnt any worm/trojan/virus/adware/spyware wich could make alot probs

had that ones, shutted down my antivirus for botting day after, couldnt log in cuz one off my files were missing

delete your gameguard folder and let it redownload when you play
if you still crash after every 20 mins

do the same thing + play full screen


also, after deleting your gg folder, check if there are any files ending in .erl
if u do, attach them to an email and send the email to : [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

its to gameguard.
let them check over any erl files u might have, explain what happens in as much detail as possible and they typicly get back to you within 24 hours

thanks Dagus, been there and done that five time still deleted the erl files, collected the new group of them a fresh sent to GG,all i get back is check whats running and shut any unnecessary files down and run anti spyware (they supplied a link) and check anti virus, absolutely a pain it is, first reply was i korean, then english, still happens i have tried many games to goto but cannot find one as good as archlord, aion, PW, WoW, LOTR, etc, etc thanks though for the reply...

ye i got the same thing back a few times from them
till i copied and pasted their own replies back to them in the next email and said "this what you told me here, is NOT working, got any other ideas?" and pumped them with another 15 erls xD

i was crashing every 20 mins like u, from april 1st till the most recent gameguard update a few weeks ago ><

fckin blew. i did quit playing for 2 months sometime in there tho x)

i like the game but the tech support is crap, ill give it another few goes when i get back home if no joy look at other games again, as this is so blinking infuriating indeed! one good thing when i get kicked, if im in the middle of mobs , when i re-spawn in the spot at least im not dead, but still 20 mins really miffs me a lot! 30 mins ok, i can cope (with pots etc) it drives me cracker, but thanks dagus, ill do that resend the info received and go from there, when they first sent it back in Korean i thought there having a laff!

as for the Scamm it isnt, i went to GG direct and was contacted by that email address in the first place, so it is genuine indeed,

after all this i then post another querie as to my lvl 71 mage that was transferred has gone alltogether, i know it doesnt take long to lvl up but i was not a happy bunny with that either, but as they say thats another story !.... cheers Tho' Dagus
