I just downloaded your file and the original file from Bliz gambler w/ skroms code slingle client, single client.
Your download (Skorms_Gamblerblizform_2_.mex) is corrupt, the one I DLed from Bliz2k6 (Skorms_Gamblerblizform.mex) worked just fine for me.
Try to download it again till it works.
If you downloaded Macro Express, install it.
Then just double click the (Skorms_Gamblerblizform.mex) file.
MacEx will open with window showing you the Hotkeys to use.
Ctrl+Alt+S starts it.
You'll see the rest of the hotkeys for suspend/resume, Terminate and others in the Macro Express window.
