but i'm trying to install qoproxy because i'm bored, and i can't get the instructions in the readme to work. it says to
compile open a cmd prompt and change to the folder you unzipped this and type
javac QOProxy.java
after compiling, you can run it by typing this
java -server QOProxy
i did all that. but when i type in javac QOProxy.java it says that javac isn't a command. any help?
