Sea Shadow Emu problem?...

I can log-in to my server, but when i try making a character, the buttons stop working and i just sit there watching the camera go in circles around my char.

any solutions? and also, is there a way to create a character from outside of the game?

which files?... i've tried deleting the default account, and creating a new one, i've tried redownloading the emu and sro. do i need to edit the config.ini?
