soemoen told me u can transfer fund so i have like 39m in my guild fund but does anyone know where to buy the guild scroll?

its the npc (Guild Controller) next to the TG npc (Boxer) in twin city. you have to be the guild that won the Guild War in order to be able to do it . buy scrolls from her and sell to any npc for cash.
