i need npc to get stuff when it down

You should learn how to write an NPC yourself, all you need to do is find out what packets it send for the little inventory screen that opens.

If you ask for something like that then people are more likely to help out.

If you come here saying give me this and give me that people wont help, come and ask for stuff sure, but ask for something constructive, something that you will have to work on.
