There was a partial one posted ages ago (not a release, just in a random thread). If you search around I'm sure you can find it. It's not complete and has alot of... issues so yahhh.

I believe the only released 4267 source was so buggy, guards hitting everyone without reason, but if you can fix it ;)

Search 4267 and there will be a thread by Korvacs about the Login Sequence Kinyo(?) released a 4267 source in that thread. You clearly didn't search hard.
