First,
#Reported, because of Triple-Post, use the Edit-Button pls

So start the Tool as admin, first suspend HGW and then S4.
And try to suspend HGW while it's loading.
When u use process explorer, yeah, rightclick on HGW, Suspend, after that rightclick on S4Client, Suspend.
When that don't work.. hmm
do u have 32 bit or 64 bit?

32 bit windows vista!
