IMHO, botting a fire tao (at AS or basi, I assume) isn't that great because the spawns are almost always busy and it wears down your dura way too fast.
If you can't level manually, I think TG is the best option. I tried ScriptVessel on my tao (just him, moving around) and wasn't happy with the results. Perhaps you can put a noob on a stake and target it with FoH, it's a little faster than fire circle/inferno.
Edit: Oooh I forgot something. You could have the tao stand in the middle of basi spawn and not move, only cast inferno every 5 seconds or so. And then get on an archer and lure mobs to it for better exp. That's probably the best way to bot a fire tao.
