Spam Blocker

I know Mega Byte already found a code but it didn't work for me so I found another one using CE and it's works perfect for me

01238C20

Freeze it, change value to 0 and you're done.

They won't be blocked they just disappear real fast.

I haven't tried it on other PC's so idk if it will work for you but if you want to find one for yourself here's how.

Go to a place where there's no people or mobs.
When the message comes up search for value of 1
when it disappears search for 0 and so on eventually you'll end up with few addresses wait till the message comes up or disappears and if one of the addresses value changes to 1 or 0 then it's the right one.

Yay you found it :), thats similar to how I found it I have just been too lazy / busy to re find it :).

I just wanted to know if it will work, now I have to find on what else this method works

EDIT* add it to map fun if you can so that people won't have to use CE

Sure thing will try to do that sometime these holidays. If they patch can I get you to re find it for me though.

Oh and just in case if anyones interested in how I originally found it.
I got pissed at the announcements as one does just like i got pissed with swear filter.
I searched for the message, and noticed that above it in memory there was a 01 if it was on and a 00 if it was off.

I found what wrote to that 01 and nop'ed the code :)
Disabling announcements.

Similar way with swear filter just searched for my favorite swear word scrolled up and set some stuff to 00 00 so that it thought it had zero swear words to cycle through to check my words against :)

I will find it again 'cause those messages are pissing me off

and can you explain how to find swear filter a little bit more

Swear Filter Hack:

• Run Game & Attach Cheat Engine
• Change type of scan to text do not have unicode checked
• type in a swear word that you know sets off the filter
• right click it and browse memory
• scroll up you ill see a ? on the right hand side where the ascii is or maybe 3103 or something in hex i cant quite remember you just find it and change it to 00 00 :) then you no longer have a swear filter.

ah thx, now I got a little bit of more knowledge of CE into my head.

Yes Mega for the filter it is the ? you will see change both values to zero looks like this 3F 01 dont freeze or you cant type just change to 00 00 and your good togo.

A faster and easier way is when the spam announcement pops up search for the first 2 words of the spam select the first one that is in the list usally you will have two in the list, browse the memory of the first one scroll up right above the announcement and you will see a 00 turn to 01 when the spam pops up add that to your list and freeze it at 0 no more spam. Beats waiting and searching 1 then 0 then 1 then 0 and so on. :)

no like the ones that pop up in the middle of your screen

like when it says who is taking the yang or their advertisement

The process to get rid of aeria spam is easier. Inside GFonts folder in US theres a 003.dat i think or it might be another one. Just open them in notepad and delete the contents of the messages you don't wanna see :).
