A red-named noob probably already lost their gear, if they're a noob. If not, they probably won't be dumb enough to go with someone they don't know to a pk map, while red and wearing good gear. You'd have better luck hoping to find a red name by chance in the field, or around any city besides TC.
Also, the people who get karma almost never ask for it. If you want SV that bad crack it yourself. Search the instructions.
Edit: Second thread he made on this in 2 minutes. I think he's trying to get posts/karma hoping someone gives him SV. lol
