NPCX v1.0

Displays a list of NPCs near you, shows HP%, Name, ID, and Time. Can be used to get IDs for claiming programs, ToDs etc.

This program is basically an NPC.exe clone. People have complained that NPC isn't working, so here is a replacement that definitely is. Don't run until someone has posted a virus-scan etc.

Usage is simple, just unzip it somewhere, run the executable. Buttons are fairly obvious.

I downloaded it, scanned it, tried to use it. It's a no go on vista. I can't find any npc for vista........ i am sad.

What kind of file format is .ibf? What do I need to open that file?
