[Help] Php

Can someone show me some example code for php that will access a specific field in a sql database and change the values of that field?

Google? Mmmyes. Why come to this forum? To Google.....

Further more, if you're going to google it for me, haha, why not be lazy?

I have another question however if I may: What is appropriate to ask of in this forum? A simple question that IS related to and talked about all over this forum is php / sql. If I'm wrong then I'll try to erase from my mind everything I've Googled* and read from THIS forum over the past few months. Thanks for the condescending help...

Man: If you really want to know php/sql, learn it. I gave you 3.. ergh, 2 google searches, so you don't have to type that 10 characters ("sql basics"). :rtfm:
Little hint: search for SELECT ... FROM ... WHERE ... to read and UPDATE ... SET ... WHERE ... to modify, after mssql_connect and mssql_select_db =)

I don't get it, how is Shaiya and PHP/SQL related? Web stuff for pservers? Oh, that goes to PServer section, if it's the Shaiya side (which Table to use, etc). If it's PHP problem, let's go to php.net or any tech forum.

Oh relax... Did I ask for Google results? Did I ask someone to teach me everything there is to know about Php? ....No. I asked for a simple piece of sample code- that's it! Do me a favor while you're being more active and smarter than myself: Scroll up and search shaiya php or shaiya sql. Did you get any results? RELEVANCE. You learned a new word today I think. I gave you two functions you need to use. It can be considered as a source code.
The last is the mssql_query.
