Heya EPVPs

Do anyone know what the new .dbc files are? (Located in your ini map)
It seems they changed 3Dobjects.ini (and all other 3Deffects inis) into .dbc files?
More info? (Was this done long time ago haven't checked real co a time :P)?

we already did.
there is dbc editors.

Just because everyone is waiting for other's works. Anyway, if you want the structure of the file, I have already posted a topic with the majority and a WDB extractor.

If we trust in Chinese Co client, they gonna introduce some more extensions apparently to replace the c3.wdf i guess it's like a new way to protect their files ?

It's gonna be : c3.wdf ( still, they cant totally replace it :o ) ; c3.tpd ; and c3.tpi

Same for Data, Date.tpd and Data.tpi

And there's absolutely nothing anywhere on this extension :o gonna be harder to decrypt than c3.wdf

It'll be fine, the dbc files for example use similar layouts to other files in the client, just recycled with a new extension.

exactly - TQ are too lazy to go to extreme lengths to completely rebuild their files. Just look at eudemons, they left Conquer Base Code in there that has never been used because they are lazy.

TQ didn't do this to make it harder for 'us'.

less size of folder?

Binary files are faster and they are less big than a text file.
