Joymax workers cannot seem to tell time?

Notice from Silkroad website:

[Weekly Inspection] Weekly Server Inspection Notice Sep 21, 2010
Hello. This is Silkroad Online.

In order to maintain a pleasant gaming and smooth patching experience, all servers will be undergoing weekly server inspection.

Weekly server inspection will occur every Tuesday.

Game Inspection Period : Sept 21, 2010 13:00~15:00 Silkroad Standard Time (2 hours duration)

[Patch]
- Database Backup

Now can someone please explain to me how the inspection is a 2 hour duration, yet we are now coming up on 3 hours.... The least they could do is be honest and tell us when the servers will be back up...

well thats nothing new , they never give the right time for inspections
