Paypal problem

Any1 good in chargeback here? cuz i gotta fckin problem :D

First things first...

After like 2 messages from me to joymax through my paypal account they answered. And they wrote me smth like this:
"Hello. This is Silkroad Online

We have deposited Silk to your account. However, your account currently has been blocked so you can check your Silk charge history after canceling temporary hold status.

Only in case that your transaction is cancelled as reversal, we can give back your account, but not completed as reversal or chargeback. Please bear in mind that if Paypal refund this payment to you, then we can not unblock your account.

Thank you"

However i am not from England and my english isn't perfect and i have a problem in understanding it, but i understood 1 thing, that they will give back my account if i will do smth, but what?? xD if some1 can explain what are the steps or smth i would greatly appreciate it :p

I had a problem similar to this a few years ago, were PayPal charged back themselves.

What i did was, i rang PayPal and explained the situation, and told them how to contact Joymax to let them know what happened.
I then rang Joymax myself, and spoke to someone English, and explained that too.
They told me to call PayPal and to give them a certain email address that PayPal must send to, this way they will be able to reverse the hold on the money and let it go through, also, unblock the account.
After some days, my accounts were still blocked, so i called Joymax and they got them unblocked there and then.

And what is the number for joymax?? xD
