umm here , im not playing SR but i had been programming for conqueronline for so many years
so here
coording system (which can let u know where someone is at) is a server-client based which u cant get into his connection
he move at his client , his client send to the server his new coords(x,y) , client may not accept it for different reasons and disconnect him from server and may let him , then the client update his new x,y so he see where he is (and at some online games client may update to the new coords but others will still see him in his original coords)
so how u see the others at any online game with coords ?
u simply can see them moving cuz the server send to everyone who is in his range his new coords so u see him moving and at some games ur client send request to know who's around (monster or player or w/e) and the server send him the answer so ur client show u who's around
so to sum this up , u can create a rader or trace others as long as they r at the range u r able to see them (with another words in the range the server answer ur request then u ask who's near , or when he update his coords as moving the client send to u who's near)
so as long as u got no access to the server u r not able to get such info
