xp compa. server pack 3 and run as admin and it will work like charm

LastThief, i already done that, still doesn't work
It still says that i'm not allowed to use it or something
So i tryed by lancher (i change ip by MediaPacher) but when i use the lancher this is the error: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
