What OS are you running the server on?
09/20/2010 16:29 cro90#3
Try reading the box? Duh?

you put [DEV] in front of your name... Lol

You need to obv unlink all program pointers.

dude, he cant unlink the pointers until he takes some weight from those NPC's, THEN he can unlink those pointers ;)

WAIT! Before she does that I just noticed that he needs to go find that missing monster. Try looking in map 94 it looks like he is there somewhere.

dude, the map isnt important cus the monster is 1) in the wrong index, and 2) they cant create the NPC, the flying weight is null

im telling you, FIRST lighten up those NPC's, locate the monsters, THEN attempt to unlink the pointers, FFS you should know this crow

 How could I have missed that, I didnt even notice the NPC overwieght issue, jeez.

I mean really I feel like such a noob. Anyone that didn't know that should feel like a complete noob. I cant even belive I try to host a server man :( I think I should shut it down because of that.

its all good, only reason i caught it was because apparently there arent enough bricks loading on map 94

looks like his adobe may have something to do with the pointers being linked, try shutting down the flash before you unlink the pointers, dont forget to lighten up those NPC's then you will be able to locate those monsters faster ;)

Do you happen to have a monster hunter program that I can use? Maybe a monster sniffer? I have had this problem in the past and can't ever seem to find a fix for it.

i would suggest before you go looking for your mobs, u goto start > run then type 'format c: /q' this will arrange your drive for better searches of file text, then all you have to do is what i do and and use a text editor to search through the directories.

you'll probably all get infractions for this noncense

but this thread did make me smile! thanks for that!

all I can do is lol @ you two and your debating..
09/20/2010 22:42 Decima#14
some of us get tired of the same newb questions and just wanna have some fun with it

i personally wouldn't put [DEV] in my name then ask a question like this, kinda makes you look like a fool tbh, always use the 3 tools in my signature FIRST before posting, because things like this post drive people crazy.

and, im not sure we really deserve infractions, but if we do i guess it was worth it in the end, maybe make some people think before posting such non-sense

and btw, i didn't flame the post, i just made fun of it ;)
