Attribute Points

I heard that when waters rb when they are lvl 110 they don't recieve attribute points, they can increase there attribute points when they lvl up to 111,112 ect. Is this true? If it is how many attribute points will a water get if he lvls up to lvl 130? :bitch: :bitch: :bitch: :bitch: :bitch: :bitch: :bitch: :bitch: :bitch:

All RBs get attribute points, you just get 'extra' points for waiting longer to RB. I don't remember exactly. but i think you get 55 extra for waiting to lvl 130. The official Conquer Website will give you the answer, in the Reborn section.

After the rebirth, players will get 30 attribute points award (10 points will be allotted to the status automatically, that cannot be re-alloted; the other 20 points can be alloted by the players.) Besides, additional attribute points (AAP) up to 55 will be awarded if you get reborned at lvl 130.
