Heya guys ,, :)
A few days ago i start working on a basic 5017 source from EPVP and im editing it very much,,
In this thread im keeping you up to date what im all doing to it ;)

Now,, Lets start :D

Today i added a basic (Away) system used by a "Player Command"
/afk and /back.

BugFix 01
If you type /afk, and then type it again it won't say *charname*(Away)(Away)

Next thing to fix is when we have server maint or log off it will go away..
Won't be so hard but i've no time today to fix that ;)

and i've too add it automaticly stops whispering.

It go away if the char go moving :)

I made a start with adding Dmaps
I added New Jump (that's not so hard :P)

Also added [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] ;)

Working on adding Higher LVL mobs and kings, aides, messengers....
its a boring job adding monsters in database and in the spawns.. :(

Just a thought... Why dont you make the (away) system so it activates after the player has been inactive for about 5 minutes? Then you 1) Wouldnt have the problem with (away)(away) 2) would make it alot easier then /afk and /back each time.

if ur serious about develope 5017, I would suggest using hybrids source.
Lotf, can't hold more then 10players rofl.

2nd. You can also further the system in many ways, such as 1) special auras, making them a ghost when afk :D and allot more.

I would guess he just based the afk system on the one i made for 5165.

81 :rolleyes: The highest number I got whit a LOTF source... At this point, after 2h, monsters stop moving, you can't buy anything (It will not spawn the item in your inventory)... Anyway, yes, LOTF is a crap :)

and mysql is so bad coded also.

The Conquer Online (Away) System is based on mouse movement.
the host, can't see mouse movement cause that function isn't in client. I can say like if target didn't moved for 5 min then it would appear but not everyone want it to appear. Also this way i can make like it is

What do like if anyone start talking him he automaticly get answer, Heya mates im afk whats else to an "standar message" The target probably isn't there.

And still i think you can better start with shit than with nothing, compare to jobs.
With nothing you are nowhere. If you start with shit (rookie dustman) you atleast get some money and do something.

I don't think LOTF is shit and atleast i believe I can make something of it..
Nor i was asking for your opinion about LOTF. I know 99,8 pct of this EPVP think its shit. Just because they don't have the brain to make something of it.
