sw2 repass bugged?

i try to change my pw.. but always says its the wrong QQ nr.. Oo but i am sure it is the right one..

is it bugged?

when should i try it again?

same here at one account but at my other account i've changed my pw ..kinda strange

i did.. do not work also!

I tried like 100 times, isnt working..
