Go to Giran and //kill everyone and pick up their drops.

u have
1. //kill
2. //res
3. //heal
4. //sethero
5. Alt+ G (its a good menu where u can port to some1 or take a look in the invontory etc.
6. //admin ( there u'll find a lot of other commands)
