Shilien templar

Hi pvpers! shilien templar is a great offensive tank, but difficult to play. i have some question about it :
1- better Vesper cutter Focus or Hast?
2- Best attribute on weapon is dark ..?
3- for dyes, what should i put? +4dex -4 con?

1 - It depends, if you have all skills and i mean 81+ you should have skill "Pain of Shilien"
It boosts your stats, p.atk, critical rate, haste .... so i will go for focus. More criticals, more damage = win
2 - Dark
3 - Do not go for -con. Basicly dark elves don't have any hp/cp. My oppinion is don't put anything.
