Request L2GOLD RUSH

L2GOLD ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]) is one of the oldest servers still in tact and it is now updated from C4 to Interlude. They don't use BakeIce anymore since BakeIce for interlude is been cracked on maxcheaters ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...])...

They now use a simple online updater (by Sunisoft) that only updates files and auto runs L2.exe afterwards, so you can start Lineage by L2.exe. You also can launch walker with L2.exe and you can login until you get to chose the server, there you get stuck.

I was wondering if this is hard to bypass? Can it be fixed by just changing some system files in the system folder?

I are has some questions!

I have a interlude client with clean system folder gg disabled and i changed the server's address in the l2.ini file with file edit. Sadly the ip of L2gold does not work when it is saved in the l2.ini, but it launches correct. The system folder i used was from an old interlude server dragonians that is probably dead now. Why i used a dragonians system folder is because the l2.ini file is editable while the L2.ini file straight from the official client installer is NOT possible to edit (with file edit).

So i was wondering if there is a way to edit the file without file edit? are there some great tools for this?

And is this a good way to try connecting to a private server without using there patch?
