Possible solutions:

Check your client's OEM to make sure you have the right server name.
Check to make sure your IP hasn't changed
Check to make sure your ports are still open

check your files i think you cant use Pahlwan-Online in server files

double check your files and make sure u hex edit your shell.dat right

its your acc server not connected to msg server.check your config file in acc server folder..must be same like msg server config ip..

andthen change in shell config in folder msg server..change Account_ip to localhost...try to change that..and restart you db..

like i said...change in SHELL config in folder Msg Server..find ( Account_ip ) and change to localhost or (127.0.0.1) ...try to change that..and restart you db..

Do the Following..
Check if Sql in Green..
Check if the ip didnt change..
What Db are you using ?
