pleas help me in SSEmu

hi guys i just made a new GM char in SSE but i cant make console i dont know why and also i cant attack mobs any could help me:confused:

when i write any console an press enter it show this message

you have wirtten the commands in GM Console? not in the chat window!

Your stats are too high. Try lowering them.

Press shift+~ in english keyboard

Cuz it is the chat window
