I noticed some of technique how to train FC, so i wanna tell u how to do 1 lvl or maybe 2 in the same day. It very simple, in this same time ur EXP will going also very fast, u may do 2-3 lvl on 1 day i know it cuz i did it on ma 97 lvl its simple. Yes, its very long, and boring. Here are step by step:
1. If u are lvl 80 and more and u have some good stuff, all magic def u are ready to do it. its very simple to do, just like +3 robe, +3 or +4 tao cap(its cheap) or bag +2,+3. My stuff is all super +3 cap,+3 bag, +3 robe and its great.
2. Buy full inventory of potions mana, of course like if u have 3K, buy refreshing pill etc.
3. When u will at metzone ( the simplest way go there is buy stonecity scroll, or guildteleport check the maps on the web site ) go top left corner and use TP. U will at evilghosts, and they for sure will black for u (i dun remeber lvl them i think 108 or 118).
4. Jump on the map, and try to find the place, where are a lot of monsters like 20-30. (first check how much damage they do for u if more than 0-1 leave).
5. Next just wait, they will all come to u, u should be at center. And next use FC, At momnet u will hit 20-30 monsters, but after while, some moensters will go out, so u should hit like 5-10 mosnters, which stay nearby u, and hitting u.
6. Eventually, u have to be caerfull about ur Dura ! It will go dwon very fast ! Like 30 min and u have to dead twice and back to stone city, reapir and back to metzone. Items going of course to noob at island.

U can also get nice items there, in 3 days i got:
-uni ring x2
-uni neackles x2
-15 mets
-uni cloudcap x3
-uni shield x2
- scpeter +1
- wand +1
