i need npc who sell armors for all char but we can wear it in germant place

Just change the ID of the armor to a Garment id.

i think u didnt understand me i mean i need npc shopmall who sell them

client\ini\shop.dat or shop.ini
dunno what it is exactly.

Find the VIPShop I think.
Then add the items there.

It's shop.dat
You can also change the price inside itemtype.dat for any item if you want.
