Question about Shout

Hy...

My question is how can I shout more then once in like 1 min?

I knew it for like 8 months that there is a special key to do it like the ! to shout.
But now i forget this.

Anyone know wich key it is to press before ur msg?

Actualy u have to press "enter" then press ! and enter ur messege, so this all thing looks like this.

/ENTER/
!HELLO
/ENTER/

U can only shout ever 10 sec.
