this requires a register key, is there any way to get a free way to do it for the key?

Tell us which drivers you have missing and we will give you the download links.
Specify the manufacturer, and the version, for example "nVidia GTS 250" for graphic card.
By the way you should look at the website of the manufacturer of your computer, since you said you are not very good with PC's, you probably bought a pre-builded computer. Those computers have all the drivers stored on the FTP's of the manufacturers who built it.

You should have started from that...
That error doesn't mean a lack of drivers, is just a client crash. That info is the dump file sent to Joymax with the information about the crash, and your computer information. Just reinstall SRO, it shoulds solve any problem with the client. If it still doesn't solve delete the SilkErrSender.exe from the Silkroad folder, wait until the client crash again, go to the /Dump folder on the Silkroad folder, and upload and send me the .dmp file generated by the client, I might will be able to find the cause of the crash with that file.

LOL... was on g-sro... -_-
This is the iSRO section, not pservers. It's normal that the client crash on so unstable emulators. You should specify that kind of info before, I feel like I wasted my time >.<
