Pls HELP!! me with this

I always got this same error since I reformatted my PC

"ERROR: File Not Found CODE:0 Result:4" thingy

I've tried

•Re-installing
•Disabling my Anti-Virus(which is AVG)
•Adding Nuez.exe to Exceptions list

and still nothing

pls tell me what should I do I'll give +rep

BTW im WinXP and Flyff PH
