I happen to be the owner of that server and i won't allow anyone to say i wil sell anything for money, i wil NEVER sell anything for real money i even hate it to make something like reward voting.
The rates for PVE AP is 300x and for PVP its 10x.
I always love it how people see the problems and not how much work someone has put into a server, if anyone gives a try playing on our server you wil see how much better it is then any other server.
For high and low rate, we decided high rate for starting is a better option since people like pvp alot and not one soul wants to play on a low rate server with not many players.
We even have Geodata on our server, give me 5 others servers who have Geodata.
