serene mind is a jutsu reward for Tensai Jounin, When the Jounin Exam out the Dev ns putted a event what in certain time they will do the exam but in HARD mode... so i'm one of people what complete the test... and i get that reward but don't are a clan reward

i've fight lvl 50 character that use this jutsu...
so this is not imaginary... real...
there's cheat for this jutsu out there n we dont know it yet...
