Hey I was wondering if there was a way to change the version number, i need to patch to 1.12.1 to play on PS, but it says I already have 1.12.1, but in fact I don't, I know because I tried connection to the server.

When stuff like that happen to me i just reinstalled wow and downloaded the full patch from filefront. I guess everybody cant do that if they are on dial up but if you have cable (like myself) it wont take you long at all.

I can't find a copy of before 2.0.0 client for download, and there is no way im using torrent, lol, any other suggestions?

its the release client with patch allready inclusive.
maybe you could delete all the patch'.mpq files, then run the repair.exe it should repair it and try to download the missing files. just stop this download, and try to patch manual
