server startup problem

guys when my server virtual harding is starting it freezes on :

hey i know that problem. (sry f�r my bad english) go at VPC and then at your server then settings and then there can you give RAM make it a little bit lower. how much RAM have your PC? when its 4gigabyte then took the RAM memory between 1800 and 2200. i hope you understand.
