tq announced there new "hacked cases" policy...
From Jan. 24, 2007, you will have to come here to report hacked cases. We will handle the hacked cases if only the following requirements are met:
1. The hacked account is not shared.
2. The hacked account has been credited more than 20 Dragonball codes, either code A or code B.
3. You submit the correct information, including account ID, names, registered email, etc.
Please only submit hack cases. We do not deal with the following issues:
1. You wear out your gears.
2. You trade or sell your gears at a very low price by mistake.
3. You are pked and drop your gears.
4. You have been hacked more than 10 days before you submit the report.
Please never report fake cases or shared account issues. Once we prove it is fake, you will be in our blacklist, and you will never get the service you deserve.
Note: Your hacked case can only be handled once a year from Jan.1 to Dec. 31, that means if your case has been processed, you can not submit again during this year.
We appreciate for your support and understanding.
