if you are a PM then you can use /crash or /crashserver commands
but other then that idk

Why post this in three different sections? Also, most of the people here either like eo servers or are running eo servers. Why would anyone want to teach you to crash them? #Fail

i don't see why you would want to crash a server in the first place...
1: thats illegal and you can get fined/jailed if ure caught.
2: you would be asking to get DDOS'd if you aren't careful.
