Mysro( FySro) cant create character

Hy i cant create a character i tried alot of names but i always get ?? at the bottom left does anybody know how to fix this?

right click on your desktop---->properties----->Settings--->make the resolution 800X600 then 1024X768 then check your game then create account

or just use another media.pk2 file ;)
