[KS4] Rare problem...

I have tried to download S4 League because he had an account at Pmang and wanted to see how the S4 was there. Finally, I entered my [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] account and I clicked to play. S4_full_2010051317.exe file I downloaded and installed. Then, just click on play, I got this particular error:

I do not understand because I get this error because I have the DLL file...

Start it from the pmang website.

Its the only way to start it! And you must do it with Internetexplorer.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Just enter your account stuff and press the big start button.

It's what I do, and in doing so, I get this error...

Did you changed the install folder at the installation? It needs to be the standart folder.

It is installed on C:\Neowiz\Pmang\S4League, and the launcher in C:\Neowiz\Pmang\Launcher :S I don't understand why :S
