My characters are gone, please help.

Hello. One day i just run my 2moons and when i was logged in with my account details, i didn't find any of my characters inside. I can log in as usualy, but i can't find my characters not in Siz server, not in Hellion. Could anyone help me with telling me what to do?

Did u transfer ur accounts? If yes send an email to gamehi.

I try to transfer, but when i click to transfer, nothing happening. Just gamehi home page is loading. No notes about transfering like a : "Your account was succesfuly transfered" or something like that. Thank you very much for help.

maybe the acclaim server is down and u cant use it now try later

when trying to transfer your acc just make sure u r not logged in on the GH main page it returns me to the GH home page only when i'm logged in just log out what ever acc u r loggin in with and try to transfere i hope it helps
